Join Sundance Mountain Resort for an elegant summer evening of fine dining, good company and stunning mountain views at the second annual Bearclaw Supper Club series.
Each Bearclaw Supper Club event will feature a
special menu prepared by Sundance’s executive chef served outside the Bearclaw
Lodge—Sundance’s mountaintop eatery. Guests will enjoy a scenic lift ride up to
the lodge, cocktails, live music and 360-degree views of the Wasatch Mountain
Range as they dine.
This summer, Sundance will offer two Supper Club
variations: the Chef’s Seated Tasting Menu and the Supper Club Soiree.
Chef’s
Seated Tasting Menu
A luxurious six-course tasting menu served at communal tables with live
entertainment from a 3-piece band.
Dates: Saturday, July 14th, July 28th, August 18th
Time: 5:00 p.m.
Tickets: $225 per person (includes tax and gratuity, alcohol may be purchased
separately)
Supper
Club Soiree
A
sparkling reception-style supper
club with passed heavy hors d’oeuvres, live music and special action stations where
chefs prepare savory dishes before your eyes.

Time: 5:00 p.m.
